Lisa Griffin has dedicated her career to excellence in Staffing, Recruiting and Business Development. Her career has been marked with a commitment to achieving exceptional business results, while optimizing the candidate/client experience in various sectors. Lisa is currently based in Atlanta, Georgia where she has worked in the Staffing and Human Resources industries collectively for over twenty years.
Lisa has worked for some of the top staffing agencies, which include Robert Half International, Ajilon and AppleOne Staffing. She has particularly strong expertise in telecommunications, business development and staffing having been a part of several top companies in the Atlanta area. Earlier, in her career, Lisa Griffin was a Senior Account Manager with AT&T Communications. She managed and trained representatives on the company’s consumer products and services both locally and abroad in the US Virgin Islands.
Lisa holds a degree in Journalism from Clark College and has received several awards in her illustrious career ranging from Top Salesperson on numerous occasions to “Rookie of the Year.” Lisa is also the CEO of Griffstar Entertainment Group, LLCs based in Atlanta. She is also the proud mother of three beautiful children Darien, “Blakebashe” and “June”, who are two of our first artist.

Derek T. Griffin, is the CFO of GriffStar Entertainment Group, LLC. He has over 20 years of collective expertise in Business Development in the Banking & Finance, Mortgage Lending/Insurance and Bonding industries. Derek has over 30 years of corporate experience. He also served as Vice President of Operations at First Capital Lending, Inc. in Sandy Springs, Ga. where he was an integral part of the Commercial Development and Finance divisions.
He also served as Vice President of Sales with Nationwide Insurance in South Georgia and was top producer for the company in long term care sales in 2016. In the early 2000’s, he worked with the Greater Atlanta Economic Alliance where he trained and educated hundreds of small minority owned business contractors in the areas of insurance and bonding to help them to effectively secure contracts with the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Some of his other areas of expertise include, but not limited to sponsorships, commercial development, business tax credits, promotions, events and concerts.
He graduated from Morehouse College, Cum Laude ‘89 with a Marketing degree. He also serves as Lead Pastor at Lakewin Christian Center in Riverdale, Ga. He resides in Atlanta, Ga. with his wife and three beautiful children.
